About the Venue
Leave It Clean
Dispose of garbage, recyclables, and dishes properly. Clean venues mean more venues.
Greasy Food = Off the Table
Literally. Keep messy food and beverages away from gaming tables and components.
Snack Discipline
Pour into your hand or use a plate. No double-dipping from communal bowls.
Germ Awareness
Sanitize after sneezing or coughing. Keep the collective healthy and in the field.

About Yourself
Know Your Limits
Alcohol and cannabis: enjoy responsibly. No impaired driving. Ever.
Language Awareness
Mind your language, especially at family-friendly events. Read the room.
Holster the Phone
Limit cell phone use at the table. You're here to connect with humans, not screens.
Spectator Discipline
Don't disrupt active games. Hold commentary and side conversations until after.

About the Game
Listen to the Teacher
Don't interrupt the rules explanation. Be attentive — teaching a game is a skill.
Coach, Don't Command
Help new players when asked. Guide — don't play the game for them.
Transparent Play
Perform all actions openly and honestly. No ambiguity.
Can't Erase the Past
Accept rules errors, correct course, and move forward. No replays.
Defer to the Game Owner
On unclear rules, the game owner or teacher makes the final call. Accept it and carry on.
No Analysis Paralysis
Make timely decisions. Keep the mission moving for everyone at the table.
Stay Open
Don't judge a game mid-play. Give it a full run before forming opinions.
No Whining
Accept setbacks with grace. Victory and defeat are both part of the mission.
Finish the Mission
Play to the end. Help clean up. Complete what you start.
